'Cat' is created in the spirit of Iggy Pops punk hymn 'I wanna be your dog' – with a small twist: a cat, unlike a dog, doesn't belong to anyone. Cats are free-roaming, stubborn and famously unbothered by whatever people want them to do or be. For the vibe Daisy Dreams combined experimental voice samples, relaxed talking in the style of modern British post punk bands  with the 'quick and dirtieness' of a punk song. Not too much blahblah, no lenghty solo parts, nothing too crazy. It's catchy, poppy, but still edgy and moody.
